Bonenfant Photo Richard Bonenfant has long been a strong supporter of the Norwalk veterans' community. He has for the last several years donated his time and effort towards documenting in picture the various veterans events in the city, and was a major contributor to this website. Kick for Nick This website was established in honor of Nick Madaras of Wilton (KIA Iraq) that has been used to collect and distribute over 20,000 soccer balls for Iraqi children. The Madaras family is also working hard to identify and establish housing for returning female veterans in need of temporary lodging.	American Warrior American Warrior is an organization that exists to support veterans, members of our Armed Forces, and patriotism. An important ongoing mission of the organization is raising funds to enable the transportation of World War II veterans to Washington, DC, for the purpose of visiting the World War II Memorial.
Fisher House of Connecticut We are in the initial stages of fundraising so that a Fisher House can be built on the West Haven VA Hospital grounds for military families to be able to stay free while their loved one is being treated.
